Why I Joined The Analogies Project
“Through the experiences I have had within the last few years, it is clear to me that getting the right message across to people is one of the biggest challenges within information security. We can work to enforce technical controls along with secure policies and processes, but if people do not understand why those are in place they will look to bypass them or take short-cuts to get the job done more efficiently. We need people to be able to relate to the messages we are communicating and engage them in a way that encourages them to want to protect the information that is important to their businesses, their customers and themselves.
The Analogies Project uses story-telling to bring a bit of fun and interest to the subject, whilst allowing the audience to relate to the concepts being covered.”
